Walked into this charming hostal and instantly knew it was the right choice. Extra-friendly staff made me feel like a queen. Comfort, cleanliness, helpful staff, great location. Wouldn't think of anywhere else if I'm lucky enough to return.

The deep soaking bathtub in the private bathroom was such a treat after a long day of exploring Avila. Having a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV in the room made it feel like a home away from home. The free in-room WiFi was so convenient for staying connected during my trip. Having a desk in the room was perfect for catching up on some work.

Personally, I found the bidet in the bathroom unnecessary, but I understand that some people might find it useful.

My wife says that it would have been great if the hotel had a small playground for children.

Despite a minor issue with the heating, the owner assured us they would address it. we highly recommend this hotel for its great atmosphere, convenient location, and exceptional service.
